Like many others this weekend, we’re having a party tonight! And thanks to our white rug, no red wine allowed!
Prosecco Punch (adapted from Emeril’s Champagne Punch)
juice of 3 lemons
1 cup superfine sugar
1 cup Grand Marnier
1/2 cup Triple Sec
1 cup orange juice
3 bottles chilled prosecco
Combine juices, liquor, sugar, and prosecco in glass pitcher or bowl and refrigerate for one hour. Serve in decorative bowl or pitcher and garnish with clementine slices and pomegranate seeds. Cheers!
